The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with learners experiencing MLD, SLD, PMLD, and other additional educational needs.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education provided to young people with SEND.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (company can facilitate) and 2+ professional references.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
