E-COMMERCE SHIPPING ASSOCIATE

Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to support our upscale retail customers by accurately picking, packing, and shipping online orders. In this role, you'll process orders using shipping software, create labels, verify merchandise, and ensure packages meet quality and presentation standards. You'll help track inventory, resolve shipping issues, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll support our customer-first culture by ensuring timely, damage-free deliveries that reflect Von Maur's high service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer e-commerce orders to company standards
• Create and apply shipping labels using carrier and internal software
• Inspect items and packaging for accuracy, damage, and presentation quality
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support Von Maur's customer-first culture through timely, error-free order fulfillment
