E-COMMERCE SHIPPING ASSOCIATE

Von Maur is seeking an E-Commerce Shipping Associate to support our growing online business in a fast-paced, upscale retail environment. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, verifying merchandise, printing labels, and meeting daily productivity and quality standards. You'll ensure orders are packaged securely and presented to our high brand standards, maintain organized stock and packing areas, and assist with basic inventory tasks. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset that reflects Von Maur's customer-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship e-commerce customer orders accurately and on time
• Verify item quantities, sizes, and SKUs against order documentation
• Print shipping labels and process parcels through carrier systems
• Ensure merchandise is packed securely and meets brand presentation standards
• Maintain clean, organized packing and stock areas
• Assist with basic inventory counts, restocking, and discrepancy reporting
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for order processing
• Follow safety guidelines and proper lifting and equipment procedures
• Coordinate with store and e-commerce teams to resolve order issues
• Support additional stockroom and fulfillment tasks as needed
