Job Description

LifeBridge Health, Inc. seeks an IS Team Leader to oversee daily operations of information systems supporting our regional healthcare network. This role supervises IS staff, prioritizes tickets and projects, and ensures reliable, secure delivery of clinical and business applications. The IS Team Leader partners with clinicians and business leaders to understand requirements, drive system enhancements, and support key initiatives. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing vendors, monitoring performance and uptime, enforcing IT and security standards, and contributing to strategic technology planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise IS staff, including coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical and business information systems
  • Prioritize and manage service tickets, incidents, and enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align IS services
  • Support implementation, upgrades, and optimization of healthcare applications
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and adherence to security and compliance standards
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and service improvements
  • Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and best practices for IS operations
  • Contribute to IS strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a patient-centered, collaborative, and mission-driven culture within the team
