We're hiring for a prominent global distribution and services company known for its extensive product line and commitment to customer success. This organization empowers its technical teams to act as trusted advisors, partnering with clients to drive innovation and deliver complex solutions.

The Role

• Act as a technical expert to help customers select and integrate electronic components, with a focus on interconnect, passive, and electromechanical solutions.
• Drive demand creation by identifying opportunities for increased component content within customer designs.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing pre- and post-sales technical support and consulting.
• Develop deep technical understanding of customer needs at both system and component levels to facilitate effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and sales pitches to customers.
• Manage top opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel for assigned suppliers.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of electronics hardware experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in specifying electronic components, including passive and electro-mechanical types.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapid rapport with clients and suppliers.
• Proven ability to independently solve complex problems and take initiative.
• Must be willing to travel for customer meetings as needed.
• FPGA experience is a plus.
