Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for enterprise digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS deployments, automation, logging, monitoring, observability, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS-based deployment pipelines for cloud-native applications.

  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.

  • Establish observability standards across services, including logs, metrics, and traces.

  • Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

  • Support Docker-based containerized workloads and cloud-native deployments.

  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability.

  • Partner with application engineering, security, and platform teams.

  • Support production readiness, release coordination, and incident response.

Required Skills

  • 10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:

    • ECS / EKS / Fargate

    • EC2, VPC, IAM

    • CloudWatch, S3, ALB/NLB

  • Experience with logging and observability tools:

    • CloudWatch Logs

    • Splunk

    • Dynatrace

  • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.

  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization.

  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).

  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and security fundamentals.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and production support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Java-based microservices.

  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems.

  • Experience in automotive or financial services environments.

  • Familiarity with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets).

  • Experience with blue/green and canary deployments.

  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer).

Important: This is a STRICTLY W2 position. C2C and 1099 candidates will not be considered.
