The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV)
• Maintain and repair national overhead line networks
• Use machinery and equipment professionally and safely
• Contribute to the success of the energy transition through critical infrastructure projects

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a vocational qualification in a craft trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical)
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in German
• Interest from career changers with manual dexterity are encouraged to apply; formal training is not always required
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and high willingness to travel weekly (Monday-Friday), including overnight stays
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team
