No automotive experience? No problem. We’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do
Greet and connect with service customers in a friendly, professional way
Identify opportunities for customers to sell or trade their vehicle
Start natural, pressure-free conversations about upgrading or purchasing
Build trust quickly and create a positive, memorable experience
Use your personality and people skills to influence decisions and close opportunities
Work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into deals
What We’re Looking For
Energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated personality
Strong communication skills and confidence talking to anyone
Natural ability to influence and persuade without being pushy
Competitive mindset with a desire to maximize income through performance
Coachable and eager to learn
Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
