Job Summary

Value Technology Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Forward Deploy Engineer to work closely with clients and engineering teams to deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and optimize technology solutions in customer environments. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Must have hands-on programming experience in Python with strong coding and debugging skills.
• Must have experience in SQL, data processing, and relational database concepts.
• Must have experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Must have strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Problem-solving techniques.
• Must have experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Must have working knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Must have 1 year experience building or supporting AI/GenAI applications using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG concepts.
• Must have minimum 1 year experience in application troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production Support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications, APIs, and integrations using modern engineering practices.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and rapidly prototype solutions to validate business and technical requirements.
• Continuously evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI capabilities, to solve enterprise problems.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues through systematic debugging and root cause analysis.
• Work with Cloud, Containerization, and CI/CD technologies to support production deployments.
