Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage RAID logs and proactively address risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive phase-gate reviews and ensure readiness for each implementation phase.
• Coordinate UAT planning and execution.
• Manage change requests, scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate business, technical, functional, vendor, and implementation teams.
• Prepare and deliver Board-level status reporting.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and organizational readiness activities.
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to production.
