Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant - Remote Opportunity - W2 only

Role: Workday Adaptive Planning Workforce, HR

Location: Remote

Top 3 experience "must haves:?

1. FP&A or HR Operations experience either through direct experience or through working with stakeholders

2. Experience building headcount or Workforce planning models from the ground up using Adaptive best practices, with very little supervision

3. Strong process documentation and training experience

Job Description:

3 to 5+ years of Workday Adaptive experience in HR systems, HR Operations, FP&A, or financial systems roles, with a strong track record of driving system improvements and supporting complex planning and reporting processes.

Experience leading or contributing to an Adaptive implementation is required.

Experience with integrations between Adaptive and other enterprise financial applications, including Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI, or equivalent tools.

Workday Adaptive Planning certification is a plus. Experience with a high-tech, rapid-growth, or publicly traded SAAS company is also a plus.

Experience with Adaptive Planning, headcount planning, and workforce planning processes, ideally within HR Operations, HR Systems, or Workforce Management functions where planning and forecasting activities are commonly managed
