IBM Maximo Practice Head

Introduction:

Pragma Edge Inc is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an IBM Maximo Practice Head. This full-time role will involve leading and managing the IBM Maximo practice, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in Maximo software implementation, upgrade, and migration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IBM Maximo practice within the organization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Design and implement Serialization across the enterprise to replace multiple dissimilar processes.
• Standardize Serialization processes in multiple client locations.
• Blueprint an enterprise-wide Serialization process for Maximo.
• Promote the new architecture to leadership and train the user community on the new process.
• Assist during the full cycle of the project, including on-site meetings and blueprinting sessions.
• Utilize excellent communication skills and industry experience to implement Serialization for utility clients.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience working for a Maximo Practices is required.
• Maximo software implementation and upgrade experience.
• Experience upgrading Maximo to version 8.0.
• Experience blueprinting and deploying Serialization with the Maximo software.

Preferred Skills:

• Utility industry experience.
• Experience implementing Serialization for a Utility client.
