Vice President, Middle Office

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with large, complex external clients to provide a top-class service 
• Demonste strong organizational skills and adhere to service standards and regulatory requirements
• Develop a level of expertise within the client’s OMS (Aladdin / Bloomberg etc)
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues, utilizing expertise to provide effective solutions
• Support strategic initiatives contributing to the overall business strategy
• Develop more junior members of staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration 
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stake-holders and partners including clients; front, middle and back office; counterparties and vendors 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Proven experience working with large, complex clients, resolving critical, non-routine issues
• Operational exposure to a wide array of fund types and asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, real assets) 
• Operations or Middle Office experience 
• Problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and experience analyzing complex information.
• Ability to lead and provide guidance to less experienced team members
• Track record in driving process improvement and leading efficiency initiatives 
• Strong communications skills and an ability to collaborate with other groups, influence successful outcomes, and challenge views where appropriate. 
• A team player, who is also comfortable to take individual ownership and initiative. 
• Experience of working within an OMS would be advantageous but not essential
