The Opportunity:

Our client is a leading consultancy that helps innovative UK businesses secure funding and tax incentives linked to research, development, innovation, intellectual property, clean energy, and other growth initiatives.

Due to rapid growth within their Business Development function, they are seeking a Salesforce and pipeline expert to support a team of Business Development Managers and Business Development Representatives.

This is a highly visible role focused on pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring Salesforce data remains accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline across the BD team.
• Conduct regular pipeline and forecasting reviews.
• Produce sales reports and performance insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data.
• Monitor pipeline health, risks, and opportunities.
• Hold BDMs and BDRs accountable for maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM records.
• Support commercial leadership with reporting and analysis.

About You:

Essential:

• Strong Salesforce
• Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
• Background working within a sales, business development, or commercial environment.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to build credibility and confidently challenge stakeholders when needed
