Experienced Office Administrator (Architecture)

West London

£38,000-£50,000

A well-established architecture practice is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their west London office. The practice is highly respected and value collaboration, communication, and innovative design.

This is a varied role central to their team which combines front-of-house responsibilities, administration, practice support and coordination. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and be comfortable representing the practice with professionalism and confidence.

Other duties include managing communications, coordinating meetings, travel and CPDs, supporting project administration and document control, and assisting with presentations, events and marketing activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years’ experience in office management, ideally within the architecture or built environment sectors. Please note that the ideal candidate is based in west London , as this role requires being in office 5 days per week in the west London area.

Excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Confidence with InDesign, Canva, WordPress or document management systems are highly beneficial.
