Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Job Type: W2 Contract

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models, statistical solutions, and data-driven applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and big data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

  • Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.

  • Apply statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and clustering.

  • Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and relevant machine learning frameworks.

  • Work with structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems.

  • Build and optimize data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

  • Implement deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders.

  • Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.

  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics.

  • Strong programming experience in Python, R, and SQL.

  • Expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and statistical modeling.

  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras.

  • Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.

  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, or other big data technologies.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

  • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered applications.

  • Knowledge of NLP frameworks, transformers, and prompt engineering.

  • Experience with cloud-based machine learning services.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
