The Role

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare candidates across various platforms.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Identify suitable job opportunities, facilities, and locations for candidates.
• Represent the company's high standards to partners and potential travelers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, supporting their needs throughout assignments.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management, or as an Account Executive.
• Previous travel nurse recruiting experience is preferred.
• A highly motivated, energetic, and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including strong Excel capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A positive outlook and the drive to excel daily.
