The Role

• Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using various tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Act as a dedicated point of contact, addressing the needs of traveling nurses and supporting them during assignments.
• Represent the company's high standards to partners and potential candidates.

What You'll Need

• At least one year of experience in sales, account management, or a similar relationship-building role.
• A positive and high-effort attitude to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• A motivated, energetic, and self-starting mindset.
• High School Diploma.
