About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to help build the future of enterprise AI. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale intelligent platforms that power multi-agent orchestration, Generative AI solutions, and enterprise automation capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI innovation, and business transformation, delivering solutions that improve productivity, streamline workflows, and accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of reusable AI technologies.
As a technical leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that drive measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do

• Design and enhance enterprise-scale multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications that enable AI-powered user experiences.
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions utilizing modern agent frameworks and orchestration technologies.
• Partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence through best practices in software design, scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
• Contribute to the evolution of enterprise AI standards, reusable components, and platform capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Full-Stack Software Engineering

• 7+ years of experience developing and delivering enterprise web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Python
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • React.js
  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Bootstrap

Generative AI Development

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI applications.
• Experience working with agent-based frameworks such as:
  • ADK
  • OpenAI Agent Frameworks
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • Similar AI orchestration technologies
• Proven experience designing intelligent workflows, autonomous agents, and AI-powered automation solutions.

Enterprise Application Architecture

• 5+ years of experience designing and building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.

Agile Delivery & Leadership

• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience deploying AI solutions on public cloud platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems design.
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and rapidly evolving automation frameworks.
