Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Non-IT Project Manager to lead and execute capital and operational equipment projects. In this role, you will bridge communication between upper management, vendors, and field execution teams. You will be directly responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contractor oversight-specifically supporting water treatment equipment and Balance of Plant (BOP) installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, execute, and monitor capital projects from approval through final commissioning, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Lead project scoping, establish milestones, and build integrated critical-path schedules using modern project management tools.
• Oversee on-site installation, integration, and performance of water treatment equipment, Balance of Plant (BOP) systems, and related utility infrastructure.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external contractors, engineering firms, suppliers, and equipment vendors.
• Manage project teams, allocate resources, and provide technical and tactical direction on project deliverables.
• Identify project risks early, develop contingency plans, and mitigate delays.
• Maintain rigorous documentation, change logs, and deliver regular executive status updates to senior leadership.
• Uphold strict health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technical project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, civil, or utility infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience managing water treatment equipment, systems, and Balance of Plant (BOP) installations.
• Demonstrated track record managing multi-phase project budgets, comprehensive schedules, contractor scope, and procurement workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Must be a local resident within reasonable commuting distance of Hemlock/Saginaw, MI (relocation assistance is not offered).
