Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager with strong Healthcare domain knowledge to lead AI/ML initiatives from requirements through implementation and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI/ML projects within the healthcare domain.
• Work with business, clinical, data science, engineering, and product teams.
• Gather and translate healthcare business requirements into AI/technology solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate development and deployment of GenAI, NLP, Machine Learning, and automation solutions.
• Ensure healthcare data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements are considered.
• Track project milestones and communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with Product Owners and technical teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support AI model testing, validation, implementation, and production rollout.
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare workflows and business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Experience managing AI/ML, GenAI, or Data/Analytics projects.
• Strong Healthcare domain experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare data, workflows, and systems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and project tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, model development, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, or healthcare data privacy.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Generative AI / LLM / NLP projects.
• Experience with healthcare payer, provider, claims, clinical, or EHR systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and model risk management.
