Job Description


We are seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical product operations, SQL-driven analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and dashboarding and a proven ability to drive program execution, improve product quality, and deliver data-informed, automated solutions.


Responsibilities:



  • Support program execution strategy across multiple products and platforms, including initiating 0-to-1 efforts, accelerating delivery, and improving outcomes through programmatic and technical solutions.

  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, including CTEs and window functions, to collect, transform, and analyze product data, surfacing trends and insights for decision making.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations in tools such as Unidash and Google Sheets to enable real-time visibility and communication with stakeholders.

  • Leverage AI agents and internal tooling to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype technical solutions.

  • Identify program risks proactively, develop data-backed mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates across cross-functional teams.

  • Perform program management duties to anticipate roadblocks through data analysis, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute with technical rigor.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with focus on technical product operations.

  • Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, and complex data transformations.

  • Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, including effective prompting and iteration to accelerate work.

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, automation, and step-by-step documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently with strong time management and organization.

  • Self-starter who works independently, takes initiative, and drives projects with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to learn new tools, technologies, and domains and adapt to changing technical requirements.

  • Strong critical thinking with a track record of using data to anticipate and resolve problems.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.

  • Low-code or no-code prototyping and AI-assisted code generation experience.

  • Dashboarding and data visualization experience with Unidash, Tableau, Looker, or similar.

  • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL, and data infrastructure concepts.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.

  • Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows.

  • Experience developing and implementing manual and automated test strategies for products and features.
