Locations : Mexico, USA, Brazil, Canada  

Need Product Owner consultants with IVR, Contact Center & cloud Service experience, Please don’t submit project/Program Manager, Scrum Master or agile resumes

Mandatory Skills:

Proven Senior Product Owner experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, ownership, decision-making, and independent stakeholder management.
Cloud Voice / Contact Center / IVR experience is MUST
Twilio experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Healthcare experience is not mandatory.

• Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
• Skills needed – 
• •Seasoned Product Owner  with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO 
• •Must have skills – 
• oDB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs 
• oFamiliar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting 
• oInterpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders 
• oAbility to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated 
• acceptance criteria

• Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background  
• Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
