Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven
Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You’ll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners.
Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized.
1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling.
~ Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
~ Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
