Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance and monitor critical systems including HVAC, electrical, pumps, UPS, and fire suppression.
Perform regular site rounds, recording system readings and ensuring everything is operating within expected ranges.
Respond to alarms and issues, escalating where needed and supporting on-call engineers with basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate logs and support overall site reliability, especially during weekend and out-of-hours shifts.
Skills/Must have:
Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and fire suppression.
Ability to carry out site monitoring and follow procedures.
Comfortable working independently in a shift-based environment.
Strong communication skills for escalation and coordination with remote teams.
