Full Stack Python Developer (AI) -- Onsite -- W2 Profiles

Role: Full Stack Python Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite - F2F
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end full-stack applications using Python, Spring Boot (Java), React.js, and MongoDB
2. Build and integrate AI/ML-powered capabilities, including:

Large Language Model (LLM) integrations
1. Intelligent workflows
2. Bot frameworks
3. Automation solutions
4. Performance optimization
5. Resiliency patterns

Architect scalable, resilient, high-performance microservices
1.Own the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including:
1. Requirements analysis
2. Solution design
3. Development
4. Testing
5. Deployment
6. Production support

Develop reusable REST APIs, backend services, and UI components
Collaborate with Product Owners, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders
1. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines
2. Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and design standards
3. Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies and modern development frameworks

Required Qualifications
