Job Overview:
The CMDB Dashboard Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) operations. This role requires a strong understanding of CMDB processes, data visualization, and analytics to provide actionable insights and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support CMDB operations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB and related reporting tools.
• Identify and resolve issues related to dashboard performance and data discrepancies.
• Provide training and support to users on dashboard functionalities and best practices.
• Continuously improve dashboard designs to enhance user experience and functionality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports, preferably in a CMDB environment.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience with CMDB tools and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
