Kforce has a client that is seeking an Enterprise Data Project Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic Guest 360 and Master Data Management (MDM) initiative. This highly visible program is focused on creating a centralized cloud-based repository of guest information, consolidating customer data currently distributed across multiple enterprise systems into a unified source of truth.

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a complex cross-functional program involving data, Salesforce, integration, and infrastructure teams. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring successful delivery of a robust customer data platform that improves guest insights, identity management, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Guest 360/Master Data Management (MDM) program
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, data engineering, data architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and business operations
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, priorities, success metrics, and delivery timelines
• Manage the consolidation of guest information from multiple disconnected systems into a centralized cloud data repository
• Support initiatives focused on customer identity resolution, duplicate record management, and master guest profile creation
• Facilitate alignment across internal teams, external vendors, and executive sponsors
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across all project workstreams
• Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, steering committee updates, and program communications

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs involving: Master Data Management (MDM); Customer 360 initiatives
• Strong experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across business and technology organizations
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams
• CRM implementations; Enterprise data platforms; Data integration and data transformation projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate third-party vendors and consulting partners
• Ability to facilitate discussions between technical resources and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the cruise, travel, hospitality, tourism, airline, or leisure industries
• Experience supporting business-to-consumer (B2C) organizations with large customer datasets
• Knowledge of guest data management, loyalty programs, customer profiles, reservations, or customer experience platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
• Understanding of customer identity resolution, data governance, and data quality initiatives

Candidates must possess sufficient technical understanding to

• Lead conversations regarding integrations, data flows, and architecture decisions
• Assess project risks and dependencies across technical workstreams
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans
• Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, business leaders, and vendors

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
