The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for the following
Draft compelling job descriptions and post openings on company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards, ensuring they are optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. Participate in job intake calls with hiring managers to ensure accurate job postings. Monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and applications. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including HumCap’s applicant tracking system, online databases, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment data to generate daily and weekly reports for the recruiting team.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including scheduling interviews and managing recruitment-related documents. Assist with other special projects as needed to support the overall recruitment function. Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects
Attend networking events and career fairs to build relationships with potential clients and prospective candidates.

An enthusiastic, self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed recruiting services in a changing environment
Able to represent HumCap at local business meetings, job fairs, and local seminars to represent the organization in the community
An excellent communicator – both verbally and in writing
Fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of the recruitment cycle
Strong PC Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Databases
~ Working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
