Maintenance Engineer 6Month minimum contract £30.15 per hour<br />4 on 4 off (O/T Available)<br />Kent gap technical are representing a market-leading business seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide interim maintenance support at their Kent site.

Performance Objectives Reactive breakdown support to minimise disruption<br />Execution of planned and preventative maintenance activities<br />Electrical &amp; Mechanical fault diagnosis using drawings, diagnostics, and equipment history<br />Identification and rectification of recurring equipment faults, including implementation of permanent corrective actions<br />Support for continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and uptime<br />Collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operation<br />Assistance with machinery modifications, upgrades, and repair works as required<br />All services delivered in compliance with site health, safety, and food hygiene standardsProfile Time-served engineer or demonstrable equivalent industry experience<br />Multi Skilled Capabilities with proven capability in FMCG manufacturing environments<br />Experience working with:<br />3-phase electrical systems<br />Motors, drives, inverters, and safety circuits<br />I/O PLC fault-finding (Siemens / Allen Bradley or similar)<br />Automated food production and packaging equipment<br />Able to work with minimal direction, managing workload and priorities independently<br />Strong communication skills when liaising with site stakeholdersApply To be considered, please submit your CV via the Apply Now option on the website.
