Aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, including structural repair design, non-conformance disposition, and production RO / Repair Engineer – Wichita, KS

We are seeking an experienced MRO / Repair Engineer to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, including structural repair design, non-conformance disposition, and production engineering support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience in MRO / Aircraft Repair Engineering.
• Aircraft structural repair experience with metallic and composite structures.
• Develop repair designs and repair substantiation.
• Handle non-conformance dispositioning and root cause/corrective actions.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 25 / Airworthiness requirements.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
• Provide production support engineering and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with DERs, Service Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
