Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to drive organizational change across strategic programs, including acquisition integrations and business/technology initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end Change Management strategies and plans.
• Assess change impacts, readiness, risks, and stakeholder needs.
• Partner with executive sponsors, business/IT teams, SMEs, and program leaders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and resistance management.
• Develop and maintain personas, training materials, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
• Support release, hypercare, and post-release activities.
• Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and lessons learned.
• Create engaging presentations, newsletters, infographics, and other change content.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• Strong experience with people, process, and technology change implementations.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach.
• Experience with graphic design/visual storytelling; Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Field technology experience preferred.
