SharePoint / Content Migration Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a SharePoint/Content Migration Specialist.

Summary

The Marketing team is seeking a Content Migration Specialist to support a short-term project focused on migrating existing content from a legacy intranet platform to the Pulse intranet site. This individual will work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure content is accurately transferred, organized, formatted, and optimized within the new platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate existing content, documents, pages, and resources from the current intranet site to Pulse
• Review and organize content structure to ensure consistency and ease of navigation
• Update formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts as needed during migration
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify content accuracy and functionality
• Collaborate with Marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration efforts
• Document migration processes and track progress against project timelines
• Identify and escalate content issues, gaps, or opportunities for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience managing large volumes of digital content
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and content management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or intranet platforms
• Marketing, communications, or digital content management background

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
