About the RoleAssociate Technical Success Manager responsible for supporting customer onboarding and early adoption of New Relic's observability platform. RoleAs an Associate Technical Success Manager at New Relic, you will support technical onboarding and early adoption of the New Relic observability platform, helping customers integrate the product into their cloud environments and realize platform value.
Key Responsibilities- Support technical onboarding and assist customers integrating New Relic within their cloud environments
- Conduct foundational training sessions and develop introductory educational resources
- Monitor and contribute to Mutual Activity Plans; track customer progress and provide basic insights into observability tool usage
- Interact with technical stakeholders to understand goals and align platform use to customer objectives
- Partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion, quantify solution impacts, present platform capabilities, and create training/content for ongoing proficiency
- BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Certified or equivalent experience in cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Technical knowledge of cloud-native stacks, containers, and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, PHP, Ruby, Node.js, Python) or SQL scripting for integration support and optimization
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience within SaaS or tech sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering / natural language processing (referenced as "vibe coding")
- New Relic supports a flexible workforce model (fully office-based, fully remote, or hybrid)
