Job Description
Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) organisation is seeking a proactive, customer obsessed and team oriented Executive Assistant to support the EU RME Director. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining great flexibility, a sense of humour and composure. The candidate will work autonomously on many projects as required and possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision.
Amazon EAs are the primary point of contact and information flow to and from a variety of teams, clients and partners to our senior leaders - we seek to hire and then offer continual development to the very best EAs ready to work in our fast paced, customer focused organisation.
We are looking for bright and motivated candidates with experience of supporting multiple executives and who can demonstrate expertise with complex diary management, travel arrangements and expense recording as well as the set-up, budgeting and active management of small to mid-scale events for their teams.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. A flexible approach is a must, and the ability to change direction at a moment’s notice.
As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.
The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher base salary, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being).The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 6,575 monthly gross.
Key job responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Events Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives including competitions, celebrations, and recognition events while managing associated budgets and timelines throughout the year
• Design and deliver events aligned with team objectives, create promotional materials and campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement regional projects
Communications & Recognition
• Oversee communication channels across teams and regions, including newsletters, corporate announcements, and feedback mechanisms
• Administer network-wide recognition programs, driving participation among leadership teams and broader employee populations
Executive Support & Administration
• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director, including diary management, travel coordination, expenses reporting, and administrative oversight for the leadership team
• Document meeting actions and decisions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of key items on behalf of the Director
Strategic Meeting Coordination
• Plan, organize, and coordinate leadership team offsites and site visits across the EU region
• Manage all logistical aspects including venue selection and booking, travel arrangements, activity planning, agenda development, and event optimization to ensure successful outcomes
- Complex diary management experience and advance knowledge of Outlook
- Experience planning international travel
- Exception interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ Years experience as an EA / PA in a global organisation- Complex diary management experience and advance knowledge of Outlook
- Experience planning international travel
- Exception interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment- Bachelor’s Degree
