Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office)
Salary:£50,000–£60,000 + 20% Performance Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm

The Opportunity
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you'll coordinate multiple executive search projects simultaneously, acting as the central point of contact for clients, candidates and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple retained executive search assignments from briefing through to completion.
- Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Prepare high-quality candidate reports, presentations, proposals and client documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate data within Invenias and ensure CRM compliance.
- Support the Partners with diary management, meeting preparation and project administration.
- Manage candidate communications, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the search process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and senior stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Support market mapping, research coordination and wider search administration.
- Assist with operational and business support activities as the business continues to grow.

You'll be positive, professional and approachable, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy being part of a close-knit, supportive team where collaboration and a good sense of humour are genuinely valued.
You'll Have
- At least 2 years' experience within executive search.
- Experience supporting Partners, Consultants or Principals on retained search assignments.
- Previous experience using CRM and candidate management systems (Invenias experience is advantageous).
- Outstanding organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
- Confidence building relationships with senior executives, clients and candidates.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
