Are you a strategic HR leader passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture? We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations and drive employee engagement at our nursing home. What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including labor relations and wage regulations. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation processes. Lead training and development programs to enhance staff performance and growth. Collaborate with facility leadership to support workforce planning and operational goals. What We’re Looking For:
Extensive HR leadership experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
