Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Associate Product Manager to join their team.
Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join a supply chain technology initiative. This role will partner with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and a third-party technology provider to help deliver innovative solutions that improve inventory planning and replenishment processes across the environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product management, technology, data, and supply chain operations. You'll play a key role in helping teams translate business needs into actionable requirements while ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
What You'll Do:
* Associate Product Manager will manage and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and requirements
* Partner with engineers, business stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project execution
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews
* Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives
* Work closely with teams responsible for inventory planning, replenishment, and supply chain optimization
* As an Associate Product Manager, you will help define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
* Support data-driven decision making by working with technical teams and business partners
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve processes and outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related role
* Experience managing Agile backlogs, user stories, and requirements
* Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver software or technology solutions
* Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile project management tools
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can quickly learn complex business domains, manage competing priorities, and effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where visibility is high, and the work directly impacts key business initiatives.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
