Position: Hardware Engineer - High Speed Complex Hardware Design and Failure Analysis Position Type: Fulltime
Location: San Jose, CA

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 a year
Experience: 10 - 15 years of experience
Job Description:
 Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • High Speed Complex Hardware Design and Failure Analysis experience
  • Must have 8+ yrs experience in the hardware design, specific networking, or equally complex products
  • Hands on with Hardware design with interfaces High Speed SERDES (>25G), PCIe Gen 5 and above and experience with all low-speed interfaces like SPI, I2C, MDIO, SMB etc.
  • Working experience with optical interfaces like QSFP, QSFP DD, OSFP would be an advantage.
  • Experience with DDR5, SSD NVME/PCIe based interfaces
  • Worked on complex power supply designs and architecture for networking product
  • Hands on with Cadence tool chain for schematic/CAD design.
  • Must worked on board bring up, various hardware validation testing and failure analysis.
  • Good at testing and validating networking products and must worked on qualification of networking products against functional specification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge on Mechanical and Thermal Design
  • Signal Integrity and power Integrity analysis
  • Manufacturing of electronic products
