Job Description

We are Hiring for Lead Firmware Engineer


Must-Have:


  • 7+ years embedded firmware experience

  • Embedded C/C++ with shipped-product experience (not academic/prototype-only)

  • State-pattern FSM / hierarchical state machines / event-driven architecture

  • HAL / driver architecture on MCU-based products

  • RTOS, watchdogs, bootloaders, firmware update, low-power design

  • BLE/USB/serial connectivity

  • Test discipline: unit tests, hardware-in-loop, CI for embedded

  • Comfortable ramping under an existing DRI rather than owning architecture solo (this is IC, not lead-of-team, despite the "Lead" in the title)

    Pay Range :- $160K - $180K


This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
