Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale modernization initiative supporting the Client.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, AWS, REST APIs, and NoSQL databases. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting scalable full-stack applications and cloud-based services.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with development, QA, architecture, business, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Develop backend services and integrations using Java and Node.js.
• Design and develop cloud-based applications and services using AWS.
• Develop and support AWS Lambda and serverless applications.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Amazon DocumentDB.
• Develop integrations with Master Data Management (MDM) applications and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and multi-tier applications.
• Integrate applications with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, and AWS QuickSight.
• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Write unit tests and support system, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
• Analyze and resolve application performance issues.
• Support document management, metadata, indexing, search, and data migration initiatives.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions.
• Follow established application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Support CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
• Work with tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Sonar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and other SDLC activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of professional software development/programming experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong experience with Angular / AngularJS.
• Strong experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS / cloud computing environments.
• Experience with AWS Lambda and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with MongoDB, DocumentDB, or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Spring Framework.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with React is preferred.
• Experience with Python is preferred.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
• Experience developing distributed and multi-tier enterprise applications.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployments.
• Experience with Jenkins, Maven, and Sonar.
• Experience with Selenium and/or JMeter is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
