Job Description

IT Delivery Lead (PM)
Location: Remote – Detroit, MI
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead / Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. The Delivery Lead will partner with product, business, technology, internal, and vendor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business, product, and technology teams.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project health.
  • Facilitate project meetings, delivery ceremonies, and planning sessions.
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and escalation management.
  • Drive accountability across internal and vendor teams.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery standards, governance, and processes.
  • Communicate technical and business information clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IT Delivery Lead experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end delivery in a large enterprise IT environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with executive-level reporting and escalation management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
