Description:

The Technology Adoption Manager is responsible for leading the organizational change, communication, training, and adoption strategy for enterprise software modernization initiatives. The initial focus of this role will be the migration of employees from Adobe Acrobat Pro and Standard to Nitro Pro across the enterprise.

This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, software vendors, training organizations, desktop engineering teams, communications teams, and executive sponsors to ensure users are prepared, trained, and successfully transitioned to new technology solutions. The individual will drive adoption campaigns, coordinate migration activities, manage stakeholder relationships, monitor user experience, and measure adoption outcomes through data-driven reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders during migration activities.
• Establish relationships with business units and departmental stakeholders.
• Coordinate migration schedules and readiness activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, roadshows, office hours, and readiness reviews.
• Identify business risks, concerns, and resistance to change.
• Develop mitigation plans to improve adoption and user satisfaction.

Change Management & Communications

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies.
• Create executive, manager, and end-user communications.
• Manage awareness campaigns before, during, and after migration.
• Deliver targeted communications for specific user populations.
• Maintain adoption websites, FAQs, knowledge articles, and user resources.
• Coordinate messaging across IT, vendors, communications teams, and business partners.

Training & Enablement

• Assess training requirements across user groups.
• Coordinate training sessions and learning plans.
• Develop role-based learning paths.
• Partner with Nitro and internal learning organizations to create training materials.
• Schedule webinars, workshops, and office hours.
• Measure training attendance and effectiveness.

Adoption & User Experience

• Establish adoption strategies to accelerate migration success.
• Monitor user feedback and satisfaction.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement corrective actions.
• Create power-user and champion networks within the business.
• Track support trends and recurring user issues.
• Drive continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics.

Metrics & Reporting

• Define adoption KPIs and success measures.
• Build executive dashboards and scorecards.
• Track migration progress against targets.
• Monitor software utilization and licensing metrics.
• Measure training participation and completion rates.
• Report business readiness and adoption health to leadership.
