Technical Business Analyst

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and help optimize our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with business stakeholders, software developers, and project managers to design, test, and implement technology-driven solutions. Your main goal is to ensure that software deliverables and system integrations match our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering:

SAP with CPQ.
Configure price quote assessment.

Collect and analyze business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications, user stories, and use cases. System Analysis: Evaluate current software systems, workflows, and data structures to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main bridge between non-technical business teams and technical IT/development groups. Solution Design: Assist in designing technical workflows, data models, and system integration strategies. Testing and Quality Assurance: Help create test plans, define acceptance criteria, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of system processes, functional requirements, and user guides.
