Hiring: Supplier Development & Crisis Management Specialist
Location: Greensboro, NC

We are seeking a Supplier Development & Crisis Management Specialist with strong experience in supplier performance, supply chain operations, and crisis management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics

  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

  • Experience managing supplier performance, delivery issues, and supply chain disruptions

  • Strong root cause analysis, crisis management, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel as needed
