The Role • Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory. • Collaborate with the Regional Rental Manager to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission. • Spend at least 80% of your time engaging with customers, independently or with Territory Managers. • Review and process all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt. • Build relationships with re-rental partners and other companies to increase department revenue. • Monitor fleet usage, time, and territory management to achieve rental department goals. What You'll Need • Proven sales experience, ideally in the heavy equipment industry. • Familiarity with heavy equipment and equipment rentals is preferred. • Excellent customer relations and communication skills. • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. • A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
