Project Manager

GovCIO LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead complex IT and digital modernization projects for federal agencies. You'll manage full project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional agile teams to deliver secure, scalable software, cloud, and data solutions on time and within budget. Responsibilities include project planning, sprint management, risk and issue mitigation, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, and performance reporting. You'll help modernize mission-critical systems, improve citizen services, and support innovation in a collaborative, mission-driven, and fast-paced federal IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of federal IT and digital modernization projects
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional agile teams and facilitate sprint ceremonies
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities
• Track and report project status, metrics, and deliverables to leadership and clients
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and federal IT standards
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to integrate software, cloud, and data solutions
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects
