Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Multi-ERP Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementations and enterprise transformation initiatives across SAP and Oracle platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project leadership, governance, delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement.

This role is focused on end-to-end project delivery rather than hands-on configuration or development. The candidate should have experience managing complex global programs, offshore/onshore teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core business processes including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Make-to-Order (MTO) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation projects across SAP and Oracle environments.
• Own project governance, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive successful delivery across O2C, P2P, and MTO business processes.
• Facilitate steering committees, project status reviews, and executive-level updates.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, priorities, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Coordinate testing, training readiness, organizational change management, and go-live activities.
• Lead cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
   

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience managing enterprise ERP projects and programs.
• Strong experience leading SAP and/or Oracle ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles, terminology, governance, and methodologies.
• Proven experience managing global, multi-country, offshore/onshore project teams.
• Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Make-to-Order (MTO) processes.
• Excellent verbal, written, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project planning, risk management, change management, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid ERP transformation programs is preferred.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or complex distribution experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in North America without sponsorship.
