Location: Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN (work 3 days per week onsite in either Dallas, TX or Minneapolis, MN.)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite/Week
Experience: 8+ Years Must

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) Developer / Technical Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise workflow and business process automation applications for a major U.S. banking client.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of hands-on IBM BAW/IBM BPM experience.
  • Strong experience with IBM BAW, Process Designer, Workflow Center, BPDs, Process Applications, and Toolkits.
  • Experience designing and developing business workflows, human tasks, approvals, business rules, and automated processes.
  • Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations.
  • Strong Java, JavaScript, and SQL skills.
  • Experience with JSON, XML, and database integrations.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and support BAW applications in production.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • IBM BAW on Cloud / Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
  • IBM FileNet or Case Management.
  • OpenShift/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
  • Banking or financial services experience.
