Position Overview
We are seeking four highly skilled Senior Full Stack Solution Architects to support the design, architecture, and hands-on delivery of modern, cloud-native applications. This role is ideal for a senior technologist who combines deep front-end and back-end engineering expertise with strong AWS architecture knowledge and the ability to guide teams through scalable, secure, and maintainable solution delivery.
The successful candidate will bring advanced Angular experience, strong Java and Python development skills, and significant expertise designing and building Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs. They will help shape application architecture, integrations, cloud services, CI/CD automation, and event-driven solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and support scalable, maintainable full stack application architectures using modern web, API, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for Angular-based user interfaces, Java/Python back-end services, Spring Boot microservices, and RESTful API development.
  • Define and guide application integration patterns, including API-based services, asynchronous messaging, and event-driven architectures.
  • Architect and implement AWS-based solutions using services such as AWS Lambda, Amazon ECS, Amazon DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, VPC, EventBridge, and Secrets Manager.
  • Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate functional needs into sound technical designs and implementation approaches.
  • Establish and promote best practices for microservices development, API design, service resiliency, error handling, security, observability, and performance.
  • Support the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or comparable tools.
  • Guide teams in code quality, source-control practices, automated testing, deployment automation, and environment-management strategies.
  • Participate in technical design reviews and provide recommendations to improve scalability, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Assist with troubleshooting complex application, API, cloud, and integration issues across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and delivery objectives.
  • Stay current on emerging AWS, full stack, automation, and AI-assisted development capabilities, including GitHub Copilot where applicable.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience developing modern web applications with Angular.
  • Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and delivering applications on AWS.
  • Practical expertise with AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, and Amazon ECS.
  • Working knowledge of API Gateway, SQS, SNS, VPC, EventBridge, and Secrets Manager.
  • Experience designing or supporting event-driven architectures, asynchronous integrations, and messaging systems.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, application integration, distributed systems, API security, and cloud deployment practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical designs, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced enterprise delivery environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Adobe digital-platform technologies.
  • Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability, monitoring, and application-performance-management tools.
  • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted software-development tools.
  • Experience developing hybrid mobile applications using Ionic.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise, transportation, customer-facing digital, or high-volume transactional platforms.
  • Experience serving as a technical lead, solution architect, or senior engineer across multiple development teams.
